Shelby is a writer, photographer, and embroiderer whose work has been featured in multiple outlets including Crossroads Zine, 5.18 Mag, Ratrock Mag, and Hoot Mag. Shelby was a finalist for Epiphany's Breakout 8 Prize in 2019 and received the Sidney Miner Poetry Prize as well as the Helene Searcy Puls Prize while attending Barnard College. They live in New York.
